Aldus with its subsidiary API Foilmakers, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire United Foils Europe BV along with its businesses United Transfer Technologies BV, Pack Vision BV, United Foils, Starfoil Technology Netherlands BV and Newfoil Machines.
