MX-Pro is the further development of our highly successful MX and is a universal metallic transfer product for very fine embossed designs with extremely high edge sharpness.
Key Features
The MX-Pro grade is a hard-releasing hot stamping transfer product designed for the finest stamping designs, delivering extremely sharp edges for precision work. It features a high-gloss finish, excellent adhesion to various substrates, and outstanding abrasion and scratch resistance. MX-Pro is compatible with all machine types in the graphics industry, ensuring versatility and reliable performance.
Key specifications for hot stamping
Designed for use on a wide range of hot stamping machines, with typical operating temperatures:
Vertical, platen and clam-shell machines: 110℃ - 135℃
Cylinder machines: 130℃ - 160℃
Rotary machines: 200℃ - 240℃
The optimum stamping temperature is dependent upon machine type and other application parameters, and the customer should determine to their own satisfaction the suitability of the foil application and press setup.
Substrates
Plain paper and board, printed paper and board, embossed paper, coated paper, laminated paper, OPP film, PP, synthetic paper.

Storage
Foils should not be stored or transported in direct sunlight, and should avoid extremes of heat and humidity, as well as condensation and undue pressure on the roll. Under ideal storage conditions of 5-25°C and 30-60% relative humidity, a storage life of 12 months should be possible.
